Service Payments

Payments made for digital services are generally non-refundable once the work has started.

Refund Eligibility

• The project has not been started
• The company is unable to deliver the agreed service

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation before the project begins.

Once the project has started, cancellation may not be eligible for a full refund.
